Owners and residents can find resources and contact information related to our cluster and living in Reston. We just re-launched our website and much more information will be added in the near future.
All Hamlet owners and residents are welcome at the semi-monthly board meetings. We meet the 2nd Tuesday of every other month beginning in January. Meetings are generally held at Reston Association Headquarters beginning at 7pm. If you wish to discuss an issue at the meeting please let us know in advance. As this is a volunteer board, meetings are ocassionally postponed or cancelled if a quorum is not possible. Please contact TWC Management or check this website for meeting updates.
Remember that the Hamlet and Reston Association have covenants in place that restrict changes to the exterior of your house and on your property. If you plan to paint, replace windows, add a fence, or do anything outside of your house check with Reston Association or TWC Management first. You may need to submit a Design Review Board application (DRB) before proceeding.
