Hamlet Cluster Board
We are governed by a five member elected board of directors who meet semi-monthy beginning in January. The board is responsible for overall management of the cluster, oversight of the management company, financial decisions & contracts, and other long term decisions. Day to day management of cluster contractors and billing is handled by our management company.
Join us for our annual meeting on Saturday November 11, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. All Hamlet owners are welcome. We'll discuss the Hamlet's financials, review recent projects and preview 2018 cluster projects. If you can not attend, you can vote by proxy (assigning your vote to another Hamlet member). You can also nominate an owners to be a Hamlet Board Member. Both the proxy form and nomination form can be downloaded here.
Please note you can assign your vote via proxy, but there is no mail-in voting
