Summer 2016 Work: Dry River Court

The Hamlet continues a plan to replace the asphalt, curbs & aprons, and sidewalks where needed. Last year we replaced the asphalt and necessary concrete along Still Brook Ct. and Briary Branch Ct. This year it is Dry River Ct. The work is being completed in stages and prioritized by need based on the recommendation asphalt professionals. A staggered schedule helps us maintain necessary cash reservces and reduce street parking bottlenecks during the work.

If you live on Dry River Court please read the information below thoroughly for important information about parking and trash! You can also download our informational flyers for complete information:

Major assets such as roads, curbs and sidewalks are maintained and replaced on a schedule recommended in an engineering study commissioned every five years.

A portion of our monthly dues is set aside in reserves that accumulate over time to fund this work. The schedule is adjusted as needed based on real world conditions.

Asphalt work continues on September 8th. Dry River Court residents must move cars off the street by 7a.m. (no later!) on Thursday morning. If you can not move your car before 7a.m. please park on Middle Creek Lane Wedneday night.

Cars must remain off the street through Friday morning when the paving company removes the barrels and caution tape!
