Fall Leaves & Landscaping

Just a reminder that residents should not rake or blow leaves into the street or common ground areas. Leaves raked into the street are dangerous and further clog storm drains beyond what falls naturally. Our landscaping contract does not allow for individual properties to place yard waste in common ground areas for removal. Please put yard waste in approved paper bags or trash cans and place at the curb on waste collection days.
