We are governed by a five member elected board of directors who meet monthly. The board is responsible for overall management of the cluster, oversight of the management company, financial decisions & contracts, and other long term decisions. Day-to-day management of cluster contractors and billing is handled by our management company.
We are professionally managed by Abaris Real Estate Management. Abaris is the primary contact for day-to-day issues and questions, managing contractors, billing, covenants enforcement and all financial matters.
