By default, all Hamlet front and side yards are maintained by our landscaping service, YES. This is included in our HOA fees and landscaping contract. This service includes mowing (grass cutting) and turf care. While they can not customized the turf care program for each homeowner, you can opt-out of YES services and be fully responsible for your own yard maintenance.
Homeowners can opt-out of mowing and/or turf care by March 15, 2021 for the upcoming season. Please see our Landscaping Information page for details and the opt-out form.
