Recyclables can be put at the curb in blue recycling bins/cans or clear plastic bags only.
Acceptable recyclable materials include newspaper, magazines, office paper, envelopes, flattened cardboard, paperboard, cereal boxes, shoe boxes, frozen food packages, aluminum and tin food and beverage containers, plastic bottles, jugs and containers and empty aerosol cans. The recycling method is single stream which allows for all recyclable materials to be placed together into one container.

Patriot will not empty containers that weigh more than 35 pounds. All loose material or extra placed on the side of the container will NOT be picked up.
The following items are not considered household trash and should NOT be placed in containers at any time but should be separated out for collection for an additional fee: rocks, concrete, dirt, soil, sod, tree stumps, brick, landscaping timbers, construction debris, computers, tires, TVs and containers or bundles weighing more than 50 lbs. or longer than 4 feet.
Yard Waste Policies
Grass clippings and leaves must be set out for pickup in bio-degradable paper bags or in a personal trash container clearly marked “yard waste” on both sides. Yard waste does not include stumps, rocks, dirt, sod, gravel, mulch, whole trees, or clean-up from storm damage. Collection of these items may be provided for an additional charge.
