We do not expect recycling Wednesday and next trash pickup will be Thursday as of right now.
The Board is aware that certain areas of The Hamlet were not cleared as well as others, and we have requested our snow vendor to service the community again. Please note that the accumulation of snow, topped with sleet/ice, and the below freezing temperatures are making treatments harder than anticipated, and the response time slower than we had hoped. We are working closely with our vendor to ensure the community is properly treated and appreciate everyone’s patience.
In addition, inclement weather will result in trash pickup delays. We will update the community when we have new information but please plan on having a trash delay if the roads are icy or we are having inclement weather.
- Do NOT shovel snow into the street at any time. This is inconsiderate to your neighbors (plows push that additional snow down the street behind cars) and not part of our contract. It may delay plowing.
- Keep your heat pump clear of snow throughout the event!
- This is a big storm. Patience with the snow plow crews is appreciated.
- It is HIGHLY UNLIKELY we will have trash service on Monday January 26. Please refrain from putting trash at the curb – hold it until the next regular pickup on Thursday. We will update this page if we get additional information.
